- Illegal Content and Abuse Reporting
We do not allow any non-consensual content or content that violates the acceptable rules and regulations defined by the credit card association. Any items, such as revenge porn, sexual image-based abuse, non-consensual pornography, or uploaded content without the permission of the participant(s) are strictly prohibited.
If you are the victim or have first-hand knowledge of illegal content, we encourage you to notify us immediately by emailing or calling our customer service center in order to initiate a content review process and take other necessary actions. Reporting users or content this way is completely confidential - No Child Pornography
- You understand that all models appearing on the Website are, and were at the time of all recorded images, at least 18 years of age, and that the Website contain no child pornography. We take a strong and definite stand against child pornography and only publish images of consenting adults for consenting adults. If you see any images, real or simulated, depicting minors engaged in sexual activity within the Website, please contact us. Include with your report any appropriate evidence, including the date and time. All reports will immediately be investigated and the appropriate action will be taken. We enthusiastically cooperate with any law-enforcement agency investigating child pornography. If you suspect other outside websites are participating in unlawful activities involving minors, please report them to http://www.asacp.org
Anti-Trafficking
The Company has a complaint process that allows you or anyone to report to the Company any conduct of a user or any material published on the Portal that may be illegal or that otherwise violates this agreement. The Company is committed to acting in an ethical and professional manner across our entire business structure, and operates a zero tolerance approach to any form of abuse, exploitation and modern slavery. This includes, but is not limited to, slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. These acts are violations of fundamental human rights and will not be tolerated. The Company also has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. If you have a complaint about the Portal, please send your complaint to projectyumyum@gmail.com, including your name, address, contact details, a description of your complaint. If you cannot contact the Company by email, please write to the Company at the address identified in section 26.16. After receiving your complaint, (a) the Company will take those steps as the Company considers to be appropriate to investigate your complaint within a timeframe that is appropriate to the nature of your complaint (the Company will review and resolve all reported complaints regarding content that may be illegal, involve human trafficking, CSAM, or otherwise violate credit card association standards within seven business days); (b) if the Company requires further information or documents from you, the Company will contact you to let you know; and (c) the Company will in good faith take those actions as it considers appropriate to deal with the issue that your complaint has raised. The Company is not required to inform you of the outcome of your complaint. You state that you will not make any complaint under this section 26.15 that is wholly unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If the Company determines that you have breached this warranty, the Company may suspend or terminate your account. The Company will actively cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulators, and other relevant agencies in investigating and addressing any reports of suspected human trafficking, CSAM, or other illegal activities where legally appropriate.
